Yes – FS Alliance will discuss with employers and business representatives the benefits of industry Training and Assessment in developing skills and knowledge.
Can FS Alliance deliver tailored training and assessment responding to your business’s specific needs?
Yes, in the negotiation and development of the training plan the company and trainee will be formally consulted to identify specific training needs.
Will FS Alliance include relevant and experienced staff from your organisation in the training and assessment?
Yes – FS Alliance absolutely includes personnel from your business to assist us in the development of your staff to ensure that we are meeting your expectations.
Will FS Alliance assess learners prior to the commencement of training to determine if they already have competency or particular skills and knowledge?
Yes – FS Alliance undertakes learner assessment to identify any previous skills and knowledge including identifying credit transfer of previously completed units or qualifications and can discuss application of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Does FS Alliance offer flexible training delivery and assessment, e.g. at your workplace, offsite, at their premises, face to face, outside normal trading hours, etc.?
Yes – FS Alliance can offer alternative options or a mix of training methods to suit your business.
Can FS Alliance respond to the individual needs of your staff, e.g. language, literacy and numeracy?
Yes – FS Alliance will work with employers to ensure specific training needs can be met.
Is FS Alliance able to respond to ongoing feedback on training and assessment?
Yes – FS Alliance encourages feedback from individuals and employers. This ensures we are meeting your needs or able to respond to improvements where necessary.
What is the total cost of the training, including any additional fees on top of tuition fees?
Some qualifications are subsidised by the QLD Government (User Choice, Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) & Higher Level Skills (HLS), however, there may be mandatory contribution fees that need to be paid by the employer or student. Fees are based on the total number of training hours attached per unit of competency. Fees are always discussed with individuals and employers prior to commencement.
Qualifications that are not subsidised will have a set fee. Options for fee payments can be arranged with FS Alliance. RTOs can only charge a student up to $1500 in prepaid fees for tuition or services yet to be delivered.

Will your staff gain a nationally recognised qualification, skill set or unit/s of competency at the end of the training?
Yes – FS Alliance will issue a Certificate for a completed qualification, or Statement of Attainment for completed skill sets or individual units of competency meeting the AQF Standards.
